Paula Llarch Cegarra (Barcelona, 1997) is a laboratory technician from the Institut Bonanova in Barcelona (2017) and holds a degree in Biochemistry from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2021). 

Her professional career began at the Laboratori de Referència de Catalunya, where she worked as a laboratory technician in the Molecular Biology and Microbiology departments. During this stage, she showed a growing interest in immunology by participating in a project with an associate immunologist linked to the field of research.

In 2022, she joined the immunology service of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, where she worked in the areas of allergy, autoimmunity and neuromuscular, focusing on clinical diagnosis. Since 2024, she has been part of the Neuromuscular Unit at the Sant Pau Research Institute as a senior laboratory technician. Her current work focuses on collaborating in projects investigating autoimmune neuropathies, exploring autoimmune mechanisms affecting the peripheral nerve and the node of Ranvier
